On Windows 10 (8/7 too?) you can change the desktop scaling options (100%/125% etc), this will affect mouse cursor size. Also it's probably best to have it at 100% for max performance, and set your desktop resolution to the monitor's native one.Just remember that you attack the enemy closest to your cursor, so if the enemy is farther up than the tower, just take your cursor a bit higher before you click, since the champion will be closer than the tower. I have the attack champions only set to my middle mouse button and my attack move button is shift left click. The classic version of the League of Legends cursor existed until 2018 when Riot decided to introduce major updates to the game and changed the well-known cursor accordingly. The new League of A mouse speed between 20-25 is a good starting point, along with a DPI of 1600. What this mouse speed will do is allow you to adjust to the speed of play without making precision errors. It will also give you time to adjust to the high DPI. The lesser the mouse speed, the more control to begin with. It helps safe play.
The yellow health bar is due to the colorblind mode being active. Many players, colorblind or not, prefer this look. The cursor is the old cursor look; it used to look like that some 3 years ago before the whole league interface got a VGU. You can change the cursor by activating the "use legacy cursor" somewhere in the settings.
