PPS: Never try to make a neighborhood a package file it will break. Here is where everything Goes. The Mods folder goes into Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3. Put the Sims 3 Store Year 1-12, Year 13-24, Year 25-36, Year 37-48, and 49-60 in that folder you may remove NoBuildSparkles and Nointro if you want to.
