Select your preferred language from the Language drop-down menu. Click Restart Now to confirm the language change and restart the Launcher. Important: Please note that this helps to change the language for some Epic Games Store titles. If with these steps the language still doesn't change, you should contact the developer of the game.

Just Untick The Language File To Get It Back To English. The Language Has Nothing To Do With Config Files. There Is A Falloutlang.esp File In Your Data Folder. If It Is Enabled In The Game's Data Files Option You Can See In The Launcher, Then The Game Will Be In That Language. Simple As That.
